C’est Unique is a beautiful mansion with a stunning landscape, which is located next to the Sunset Valley cascade. It is ideal for a big family (8 to 10 members); with five bedrooms shared with a nursery, five bathrooms, and a breathtaking inside and outside garden. Compared with my last house La Rambla 407 this one is totally balanced, four rooms downstairs, ten rooms in the second and main floor and six rooms in the upper floor. The mansion is unlimited you can have as many people as you want. If you have a numerous family, the house will be perfect and it has the necessary requirements. The parents’ bedroom is a suite. You can only have a maximum of two cars.

This house also provides peace and a huge garden, ideal for technophobes, perfectionists, loves the outdoors, green thumbs and for the ones that would be surround by many children, Family-Oriented, athletic Sims, artists, anglers, etc.
