Welcome to Oakwood Falls, hidden behind locked gates lies a beautiful home set around a pond garden.
This modern/contemporary home is built around a pond (Complete with fish), with a 3rd floor pool cascading fresh water into it from a waterfall.
The home features five good sized bedrooms, a living area, laundry, six bathrooms, garage, gym, hobby room, dining and kitchen areas.
There is balconies for two of the bedrooms overlooking the pond, outdoor seating around the pool
Subtle curves on the roof and over the pool add a nice design aspect, as well as a large steel beam and windowed wall surrounding the rest of the property. Staircases up and down all over, the annex of the house below the pool is accessed by the garden, as well as a first floor walkway.
From the main area of the house, on the ground floor is the kitchen/dining and living area, with views across the lit driveway to keep check on visitors, as well as a dining table set again the stunning pond area. The TV room is tucked away in the separate annex of the house. The first floor has three of the five bedrooms, as well as the walkway over to the annex and hobby room. Climb up a spiral staircase to reach the highest level of the house, with the fourth and master bedrooms, also access to the pool and outdoor living area on this floor. The master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the garden, a skylight in the roof and a very large bathroom/changing room.
The home is fully furnished, however is intentionally light on decór to leave room for personal touches.

A note about expansions required
Only Ambitions is required for the waterfall effect, everything else is Decór only.
None sales pitch part:
I started building this home not long after starting my last, and so there were a couple of design aspects which were borrowed/stolen from it. I tried here to create something a little different, and started out as a concept idea when I saw you could make waterfalls (Still learning the game a bit), and so thought about making a waterfall off a pool. Turns out it's not too difficult, however using the idea in a house wasn't easy, as the pool takes up space and was hard trying to design an appeasing house around it. I also had some comments on previous houses and wanted to make a house with a pond and fish, again trying to put a curvy pond in a straight modern house is hard. So there as some messing around with the CFE cheat, I tried to do subtle things and not go overboard with it. I had lots of issues with floating or vanished floors and spent a while going through to make sure everything is in place, if you spot something, I do apologise! I did fully play test the house and no issues though. Also, directly underneath the pool where the floor has been lifted, the ceiling looks a bit odd, however it is only one floor tile and hardly noticeable. Finally there is a slight issue where the walls have been curved underneath the fountain, however again it is hardly noticeable. I feel the house works well, I am pleased with the final product and wanted to share it, so enjoy. As always please feel free to leave feedback comments, they really help steer me when designing my next house. I've got a few more modern house ideas I want to play with however before building a few 'old' style houses.
