As the title says, this is a residential lighthouse for your sims to live in!
it's my first upload for Sims 3 (and I haven't shared anything for the sims since the original so I may be a bit rusty)

hope you enjoy it!



this lighthouse has two bathrooms, and one master bedroom, and room for basement additions.



its on a 40x30 lot, so hopefully you'll be able to find some empty lots of that size near the water (theres a few I think)
It's my first attempt at a good looking home in sims 3, so let me know what you think!
