This home is my first ever micro homes.

Right now they are a current passion of mine. I may be trying to upload more of them as time goes on.

This one is built with a function in mind while catering to the wants of a sim who loves the outdoors. Infact with the exception of the storage, bath, and small bedroom the rest of the functions of the home are outdoors. From the living area in front to the dining area on the side of the house as well as the covered kitchenette.


This house was made for the sim who wants to live a more simple life.

The best part of a micro home is the ease at which it plays in game. Also the cost of this lot fully furnished comes it at under 14k, which is more then perfect for a single sim starting out, especially one who likes to live alone.

Nearly all of the patterns used in this home are ones that I did just for the house.

This also makes a wonderful design for a small Legacy starter.
