A Tiny House 2: Tiny-e-er

My second attempt at teenier and tinier (tiny-e-er?) house building for The Sims gave me some trouble. Firstly, this isn't smaller than my last one. It's 432 square feet, HUGE! Secondly, I had to do some remodeling after I had it all done (I thought) due to my test Sim having some tantrums about wanting to light the fire, and sleep on the other side of the bed... sheesh, she's picky.

I took my inspiration this time from the Cherokee Cabin Company site, specifically their Yukon cabin plan, seen below.




Banished fireplaces aside, I like how this turned out, and hey, you get the back deck instead of the fireplace, so it's not so bad. This is built on a 20x30 lot, with a furnished price of §16,498 (yup, 2 whole simoleons to spare if you're moving a singleton in), and an unfurnished price of §12,228.




Collage Time! Up next, either another attempt to actually go smaller than these two little houses I've done so far, or a sprawling McMansion, with some tiny houses in the basement. Thanks for looking, thanks for thanking!
