Modern Private Gardens is a well-shaped house of modern architecture. It consists of a garden part, a pool area, a basement and a house. Combination of plants, water and light gives a beautiful picture at day and night. Your Sim will enjoy hot summer days as much as cold winter days in a well decorated garden.

While I was creating the house I used cheats:
'move_objects on', 'boolProp snapObjectsToGrid false' and 'boolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation true' - to move plants and decorations.
'boolProp constrainFloorElevation false' - while creating the pool area.
