Modern Sandcastle is well decorated home for Sims family (up to four family members). There is a furnished and an unfurnished type:
Furnished type (Price: §130 820, Lot Size: 3x2): House is fully decorated and furnished, includes an alarms and a phone. First floor consists of five rooms and stairs. There is a hallway, a bathroom, a living room (with flat screen tv) and a kitchen with a dining room. Every room is well decorated. The walls are painted with vivid colors. Second floor has a hallway (Sims can see the living room from this hallway), a bathroom and two bedrooms (a master room and a kids room). Kids room includes two beds.
Outside the house there is a big garden (big back yard) with a pool and a gazebo. There is also a BBQ and a fountain.
Unfurnished type (Price: §61 156, Lot Size: 3x2): House is not furnished but includes an alarms and a phone. There are also a lamps inside the house. Walls are painted just in white color. Floor is also white. There are walls, to separate the rooms, and a stairs. Outside the house there is no BBQ like in furnished type but there are a fountain, a pool and a gazebo. Many plants too.
