This medium size two floor japanese styled stilthouse on top of a waterfall has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining, living room, study and a fitness room. (see floorplan)
As you can see, the house can hardly be seen from the road, so your sims will have the feeling of privacy and solitude, if that's what they like.
No custom content was used for furnishing and decorating. Was trying to give it some special little corners with moveobjects on and mirrors instead. Feel free to change whatever you like.
