This house is built based on the house "Akane ya" in a Japanese game called "My summer holiday 2", it's originally a house on a shore, "Inaka" means countryside. I've changed quite a lot of it, especially the layout because it's not really possible to build the exact same house in TS3. ^^;
It has a genkan (entry area in Japanese houses)
3 bedrooms, a living room, an open kitchen and dinning area seperate from the main house, 2 bathrooms, one seperate from the main house as well. A nursery, an exercise room, a reading corner, a room for your sims to put their fishes (I don't know what to call it ^^; ), a mini kitchen on first floor.
There's an issue with the door at the genkan can't be set as front door, it's due to the wall there being built using CFE cheat, I haven't found a solution to it yet if there is one ^^; I'll try and if anyone find a solution please let me know, thank you very much! 
*When the visitors come visit, they still consider that door as a front door apperently.
