This colorful little cape house has simple appeal. It has three bedrooms, though one of the smaller rooms could easily be a study. The entire house is open, but seperate enough that the house doesn't blend. There is one large, easily accessible bathroom. The kitchen is open to a bay window for table and chairs. An open living/family room with big windows completes the look. A small backyard with garden is perfect for picnics. Basic fixtures are included.
