This is, as stated in the title, a simple family cottage that one might find near a lake or the ocean. It is well equipped for a medium sized family with four bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor. The main area and the kitchen are open and connected. There is a nice bay window, a front porch, deck and patio complete with pool, grill, and outdoor dinning area. The upstairs also has a social space which may be used as a second living room, study, or just about whatever you want. The house is currently unfurnished, and there is no custom content included.

Okay, here's the extra thanks.
To my Grandma, who said she wanted to see a pool and a nice backyard, and then after I had done all that and shown her, said I should add the bay window. In the end, it looked a whole lot better.
To summer vacation, for without you, how would I have found the time.
