Once upon a time...
That’s how all our childhood stories began. That’s how you could begin your story with this lovely queen Anne Victorian mansion:
This cosy home is featuring a parlor, a living-room, a kitchen, a dining-room, a master bedroom with its bathroom, a nursery and a luxurious and colourful back garden.
Lot:30x30
It has been created at 477 Riverview Road and playtested so there shouldn't be any bug and you should be able to play happily ever after!
Required patterns:
- Grunge plaster n.6 by Guatla ( http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=356350)
- Fancy Pants (1&2) by RandomNoir at MTS3 (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=356161)
- Ornemental Grunge - 2&5 by M.calero at GOS (http://www.digitalperversion.net/ga...p?topic=12964.0)

There's the "Statue of un unknown mistress" by the sims store. But it's not required at all. If you don't have it it will just revert to its original form.

A special thanks to the "creator feedback team" (supertoast, daluved1, FlipGuardian, Nyn, Deluxe Designs, r_cobleigh109 and lewjen). They helped me and supported me extensively and without them the result would have been not as nice as it is now.
The characters used in the shots are based on Dominique Green by Icedmango and Benjamin Hawkins by Hysterical Paroxysm. The pattern used for the dress is from Golden Opulence by Gatla. Thank you so much for these!
I would also like to thank the wonderful writers of the tutorials in the sim wiki that helped me a lot through all the building part.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
