Modern Victorian

Originally built in 1894 this beautiful Victorian sheltered many families until being neglected for several years. It has been extensively remodeled and updated to suit the modern sim while still keeping its original charm. The home has four bedrooms (one of which is currently made up into a nursery), two and a half bathrooms, a large playroom, small office, study, gorgeous fireplace in the living room, and plenty of room for your growing family.



Only two small rooms are unfurnished and it is completely up to you what to do with them. Possible uses are as somewhere out of the way to store all your pet's things (Pets required) or as a laundry room (Ambitions required). There is both a car parking spot and a bike rack under one of the front trees but if you would rather there's room to move the bike rack elsewhere and place a second parking spot in its place. As it sits the house can accommodate six adults and two babies/toddlers.

Ceilings have been decorated as best as possible but some angles are impossible to edge without CC such as outside corners and angles. There is also a glitch in the study ceiling (see photo) making it appear that there's no ceiling there at all. I assure you there is a floor above it and a bed and in my testing it acts just like it should. The glitch occurred when I was decorating the ceiling and I've been unable to fix it. Octagon roofs were broken by Seasons causing snow to fall right through them and to my knowledge this still hasn't been fixed. To prevent this I have laid flooring under all roofs so any snow doesn't actually end up in your sim's house.
