As my sims get older, they get richer. The kids are gone and the familly house they're in is now too big. And most of all, the wife allways complains about her hips and knees acks. They need a new house, handicap adapted, without stairs, enough roomy, they can afford ...

Well, stop jocking

Main objectifs were :
- A nice house (of course)
- Available in the real
- Optimized for The Sims game: many paths, easy cooking and washing, etc.
- With NOT A STAIR: I can't stand see my sims loose they time stepping up or down

We got to a 30x30 residential lot w/
- full fishpond at front door
- big foyer
- 1 car garage
- Gym room
- full opened discret Bathroom
- big Bedroom w/ fireplace
- Study
- One big room, continuity of the foyer, w/ inside pool, living & top equiped kitchen
- A huge mixed Patio, part floral, part dinnig/party/living
- A little place outside in the back w/ a 2 sit chair + a bench

This house is very "opened" by arches and bay windows.
As it fits all the lot, there is no garden. If you want one in the lot, install "Pleinpied" in a bigger lot, then link entrance and garage to sidewalk (if needed) and make your garden. Or install "Jardin adoré V2" aside ...
This house has been very lightly decorated and allmost all recolors are neutral. So, if you're into that, you can recolor and/or change floors, walls, decoration and funitures to give this original architecture your taste. Please post here some nice pics.
They are some easter eggs in but everything is from the original EA game, NO CC NO STORE !
