Catalina House



It's inspired in this SimCity 4 residential lot named "Catalina House". I tried to build it as accurately as I could.
It has kitchen/diningroom, livingroom, bedroom, nursery and 2 1/2 br.
The columns in the fencing are put there through moveobjects, as well as some of the windows that otherwise would interfer with the roofing/stairs. No CFE on this lot.
This lot is CC free. It contains items from WA, Ambitions and LN.
This lot is sim-tested, there are no routing problems.
The decoration looks kind of messy. It's intentionally that way, like a normal house where not everything is perfectly combined.
Why nursery and not another bedroom? Don't know. Felt like it had to be that way. You are free to modify it.

The price is $103,614 furnished and $70,829 unfurnished.
