Based on a predicted design for houses of the future, this house has an UltraModern feel. I have added a roof because without one the house looked extremely odd.





With one large bedroom (which could easily be transformed into a bedroom and on suit), a spacious kitchen and dining area, open living space and interesting shaped bathroom this lot is perfect for a young modern couple.

Built into the house is a garage and, slightly hidden from the road, a swimming pool complete with diving board and ladders. Behind the house itself is open grass, giving plenty of space to extend to suit a growing family.

I have included a basic kitchen and dinning area layout (counters, fridge, table, chairs) this does not include a sink, the bedroom contains a bed, plant, table and lamp, I have not furnished the bathroom. On the terrace is a telescope. All have suitable lighting.
