Well I agree, this house in unconventional and not realistic... but it was a FULL FUN doing it and I am sharing it with you hoping that you'll a fun with it too !

It's a very simple square house with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. I furnished it very simply as I know you'll put your favorite CC in it after downloading to make it beautiful.

The lot has only 2 pieces of custom content as I cannot imagine a garden without Khakidoo beautiful Birch Shrubbies...

The lot has been made with AGS and scanned with Clean Installer Copy of it has been tested in game.
