This Community Lot is a reinterpretation of the History of Sunset Valley. I imagined an old past for the town, with an colonial european style set of buildings. For example, an old Church in classicist baroque style or two antique palaces (the Council of the City and the Palace of the Mayor) that form a very special new city center.

Santa Tecla´s Church

I think it´s a perfect place to marriages. The weddings will look sensational in that elegant and luxurious ambient. It has three decorated fronts, two towers and a monumental altarpiece inside.

Council of the City

Really it is a question of two twin buildings, joined by a gangplank with balustrade. Inside is the City History Museum, with archeological pieces, pictures and historical objects. Also, upstairs we have the Great Library.

Palace of the Mayor

This building suffered a fire in last century. Now it is redecorated with old-style furnishing and patterns. It can be used for great lounge of receipts, big events and banquets.


Please read this: In order to install this lot, you´l may uninstall the supermarket, the library and the theatre from Mirabello. This is not a problem, because you can reinstall them into new lots.
