Library and Skill Activity Centre - No CC

This is classed as a Library lot but is a superior library than currently exists in any EA made town. This lot includes all of the amenities of a library, but also includes all skill building items (outside of those necessary to increase your athletic skill, for that there's a gym!) to allow your sims to gain promotions or prepare your sim for university by giving them the best chance for a good scholarship including a full music room. (I did not incude the Business item from university because I found no sims used it.) This also includes a children's centre which will allow them to work on their skills or just enjoy themselves while your sim increases their skills. Perfect location to spend the day when the weather is bad.
