A two bedroom, three bathroom house for the small, well off family. Sims can spend their time relaxing by the pool or lounging by the beautiful man-made waterfall. The original idea for the house came from architect Dan Tyree's '15 Degrees', which can be seen here, and grew massively from there. There are no phones on the lot or any decorations, but all other furniture and fixtures are included when furnished.
