This an older victorian house perfect for a newly wed couple just starting out it has a bigger yard so it can be expanded. Has a nice Garden in the back and a pond.
The kitchen has a wrap-around counter though it didn't come out as well as i wanted it too it looks good and it works your sims can use all the counters.
the living room is cozy with a nice fireplace.
The baby room can be turned into a study or a second bedroom.
This house would be perfect for an older couple too.
