Recurve Strand Beach Paradise

Here is a new home, done for recurve strand beach.
Perfect for "Loves the outdoors" sims.
You have to change the lot to residential lot before.
2 bedrooms (one is furnished, one is very big, ready, but not furnished). 2 bathrooms, the second floor bathrooms is big, and beautifull, with a huge spa style bath. (http://jugamos.foroactivo.net/meshe...-bano-t1136.htm)
There is a pool on the beach, a pond with a little island with an easel, and a very beautifull outside kichen, with a bar and a counter bar, and the best fridge (the cooking reward)
You'll find too a little garden with 5 money trees, 2 life fruits, and other fruits.
You'll find the teleporter, as it is very long to come from the road.
The pond is filled with cat fish, angel fish, and letal fish.
