*requested* Recurve Strand Beach House

I have been asked by a couple of people if I could change my Recurve Strand Beach Bar lot into a residential lot and a beach house. I didn't intend to embark on this project so soon but I'm at a loss for inspiration with some of my Sunset Valley Community Lots so I chose to fix up the Beach Bar!

Once again, I used no tiki items from the store!



I've tried to keep the integrity and original feel of the Beach Bar from before, whilst making it a suitable home for a single person or couple. The house requires sims who is fond of outdoor living as the indoor living space is limited. A party sim would also love this home as there is plenty of space for entertaining and throwing parties!

The lot fits perfectly on Recurve Strand, a 40x30 lot. It would however work on the beach lot in the very centre of Sunset Valley too (with some slight landscaping changes). The house could theoretically fit on a normal lot too but you'd have to do alot of landscaping.
