Why sleep in a base camp if you can sleep in a hotel?
In Rue de Provence you can find: restaurant, hotel, bookshop and wine shop.

Lot is perfect if placed instead of the original bookshop, in France.
Save the original bookshop lot (i don't know the name in english, in italian is named Libreria della Conoscenza, Knowledge Bookshop) in the catalogue or move into an emptly lot, and place there Rue de Provence.
The community lot must be MARKET type
My favourite room in the hotel is a little attic (see this pic
Rocks over the great arc are not to destroy, I used this object (from tomb objects) only for decorative purpose.
Wine Shop has a basement for produce nettar. You can buy the grapes in the shop and produce your nettars.
Over bookshop there's a free library.
There are 3 rooms in the hotel, two are luxury rooms, one is the mansard my sim used to live when she stay in france holiday.
One of the thing I prefer in TS3 is the possibility to sleep everywhere in community lots. So, we can have immediately hotels !
