Summerlawn

My second upload! Yay!
It's another Victorina house called Summerlawn. Once again it is a real house floor plan that i re-created in the sims.

On one side there's a car port that can fit two cars and on the other side there's a plot for gardeners


On the first floor there's a Living Room with a piano and bass, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and a half bath.


On the second floor you have the master bedroom and bathroom and 2 other bedrooms, one which I decorated for a teenage boy, and the other I decorated for a little girl, and they share the other bathroom.
-Note- due to the placment of the sinks, your sims cannot actally use them, if you remove the bedside table under them, your sim should be able to use them. This is only in the 2 bathrooms upstairs.


There isn't much space in the backyard but there is room for your kids to play.
