This the third of my Levine Lane series, it is a great family starter for a couple just seting forth with not much money in the bank. The house is complete with pond, garden, and nursery. The garden includes plants ranging from very nice to perfect and features egg and cheese plants, and even a money tree. The house has been play tested for many sim days and is built with and easy to play layout. There is plenty of room for expansion and addtion of a garage. Hope you enjoy, happy simming
