This cozy home is perfect for a small family. Gardeners and kids alike will love its spacious backyard.

This is based on a house I built for one of my legacies, but with the green color scheme applied throughout the entire house. It's a bit above starter-home price (unless you move in three adults and convert the nursery to a second bedroom), but it's cheap enough that your couple could move into it after a couple of promotions. The backyard includes a garden, so it's great for green thumbs or Sims in the culinary or science careers.
