Designed in the English/American colonial style, this mansion consists of a two-story main house, two side pavilions connected to the main house by colonnaded hallways, a garden/courtyard out front, and a gazebo in the back. It comes in two versions: furnished (completely furnished save for two bedrooms and the side pavilions) and unfurnished.

It took me several weeks to make and refine. Thanks to everyone who helped me out on the MTS2 board!

Requires University, Seasons, Open for Business, Nightlife, Bon Voyage, and Glamour Stuff.
