After almost a year i finally decided to create another lot. But this time instead of a Modern Style I chose a Colonial Manor Style and made "The Royale". THis is a home on a 50x40 lot, it is $75,125. It is partly furnished (on the outside only) and has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a Gazebo, 1 Garage, and is a pretty big house with staircases. All the custom wall paint was made by myself. And it also includes some Custom Content.
