I'm departing from my normal building on the fly style and starting to use pre-made house plans. The reason I'm doing this is that I tend to build big, very big. By using available house plans I hope to provide a better selection of homes for everyone.

This plan is a beautiful Bungalow style (with Country and Ranch influences) home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The bedrooms are spacious. There's also what I call a cook's kitchen that has vast amounts of room for cooking and preparing as well as appliances to fit every need. I have decorated the home enough so that it is move in ready, however I did not add all of the fine details that I figure most people would rather add themselves. There is also a large unfinished basement where I have only installed the bathroom, the rest is up to you and your future needs.
