Good day all!

In less than 2 months HGTV will be giving away their 2010 Dream Home. Its a beautiful Southwest Ranch style home in New Mexico. I saw it and thought that I just had to try and re-create it for the Modthesims community and myself. Obviously there are some limitations with the Sims3 design engine, but I think I got pretty close!

So, without further delay here is my rendition of the 2010 HGTV Dream Home. It is fully furnished and move-in ready.
