This is really my first attempt to release something I've done. I usually just download everyone else's work and then customize it for my tastes. My husband says it looks like a box, it does but I still like it - it's a very efficient box. The three story house is styled in a Spanish-western theme. Sale price is ±$96,000. There are 4 bedrooms, 5 baths, 3 decks (2 covered), and a study. The yard has basic landscaping and a large negative-edge pool. The Master suite is the entire top level with its private bath and covered deck. There should be no hacks or mods in this lot, I used only the original walls, floors, lighting, etc - as far as I can tell - nothing had any asterisks and Sims2Pack Clean Installer did not detect anything. (I also removed my “downloads” & teleport folders before packaging). The house is not decorated. I used basic lighting, washroom fixtures, and wood flooring to prevent using anyone else's material and to allow easier customization. Let me know what you think - room for improvement, no doubt, but I still want to hear! Enjoy!
