This is a house that i worked on for fun.Its not all that great but for your rich sims is a nice littel house ^_^ is a 3*3 lot but yet its still pretty big it is a two bedroom house that four sims can sleep in (two childrena nd two adult). The grass is fresh and sweet 
. But you must have all expansion packs for this so sorry! all teh people who dont have all them (uni,nightlife and ofb) it dosent have any downloaded content so no worrie about downloaed more stuff. i hope you enjoy this and hope your sims do to ^_^
Ps.yes i know i named this lot file area-54 becuse its the 54th lot in my stepford town.
