Old watermill

It's one of my old projects- old watermill. To create this building inspired me some real watermill photo. I paid attention to the details.

It is situated on the lake. I use some water terrain paint to made a stream and effect of a foam water. Building have only one floor, they don' t have a cellar. There is no stairs to the attic, this room is to small for sims I think, but if you'd like to, you can place here a single bed or something. I made high foundations, so door near a waterwheel is only a decoration.To the watermill leads cracked path, you can see rose bushes, and a large beautiful flower bush. Around a building you can see also old trees, and at the front of the watermill grow a birch tree.

It's unfurnished, and I use some custom content to build them. There is only one buy item- rustic waterwheel. It'a great place to live for sims who love old wood buildings with soul.
