This old cottage is a bit run-down. For many years a few generation of sims live here. There is no garden, at the front of the cottage grow only some hollyhocks and wild flowers. Near the house flows little stream, you can cross them through a small bridge. House is unfurnished. In one of the rooms you can find a fireplace. A small building at the rear of the hut is assign for a bathroom.
