Since The Sims 2 Seasons I've not really enjoyed a pre-made family as much as I enjoyed the family's from the basegame and from TS2 Seasons. To that end I've re-made a lot of my favorite families from TS2 (just like a lot of players) but this is the first house I re-made.

Since you can't 'place' fruit tree's in this game I had to place something else and so I used the windmill from the Riverview neighborhood. As far as I know this house lacks any custom content of any kind (don't want to get into trouble with my first upload) but as the house was made so late at night, if anyone finds anything that shouldn't be there, please let me know so I can fix the issue

The only other thing of note is that this DOES require the latest update and TS3 expansions (minus the new stuff pack) as well as the Riverview neighborhood for everything to show up
