Today I have uploaded my first home, A homestead that is on a 40x30 lot. It has the room to make two bathrooms, a garage if one wants, and a gym. I recommend, if you use the EA families, to use the Capp family, as this was designed for them. If anyone has suggestions for improvements, dont be afraid to comment! Thanks and cya
