Nice little shopping plaza for your Sims. No CC. Includes clothing store, oriental restaurant, grocery, and electronics store.





I originally built this just for my own use, but it is really a very handy little place, so I wanted to share. I use this quite a lot in my game, so it is well playtested.

*Looks best placed on a corner lot if available.
