This fully-furnished 2 bedroom is a cozy starter home for up to 3 Sims with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room. The ideal tenants/home owners will be either a professional couple, a young family with one child looking for their first home, or a solo parent with one child. This home is tastefully decorated using the original Sims decor, your Sims will live in comfort in this two-storeyed haven. All textures and objects in this home are free content, provided by Maxis.

The exterior of the home is in keeping with the natural surroundings, painted a natural green, with stone foundation outer walls. Built as an original design, your Sims will enjoy coming home to this warm little abode, with it's well-lit front entrance leading directly into the living area where your Sims can rest up in front of the fire while they watch tv or play video games. The section is set on a small lot (3x2) with enough room for Sims to put a small swimming pool or spa pool next to the house.

I hope you all enjoy this humble little home, it's become such a favourite of mine I've created many clones of it in different paint colours and scattered it around my neighbourhoods!
