This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.

Update 12-13-12: The hoodie now has four recolorable areas instead of three.
This hideous er.., I mean eccentric but expensive hoodie by Affliction was requested by rodan100212. I had to make some additions to it to give it more "filler". I hope it turned out the way you wanted it and then some.
