A 1970s Australian House

This is the type of house you might find in my neighborhood. In fact there is a similar one a couple of streets from my house, heh. It's a 1970's-built brick home with a slight Mediterranean/Spanish influence. It has lots of brick arches (really big in the 70s) and other common 70s inclusions such as slate floors, murky brown carpets, split-level interior, brown bathrooms, and lots of interior brick "feature" walls. Oh and a dark, dingy kitchen--it wouldn't be genuine enough without that.

Anyhow, the house features a gated entrance, leading to a courtyard/patio with a 2-car garage/carport. Inside it has a big open-plan living/dining area, elevated kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spare room. Outside is a pool, a covered area with a clothesline, and a shed (empty)... And of course the front yard is landscaped, complete with half-dead grass. Also very fitting for around here, what with water restrictions and disgustingly hot summer being far from finished...
