Luxury Beach House

This is a luxury-style beach house for your richest sims. It has all of the amenties one would need to life a fabulous life on the beach. It has 3 Bedrooms (one being part of the master suite), 5 bathrooms, a lot of garage/storage space for sims car collection, an entertainment room with exercise retreat, balconies on the main and upper levels, a pool area with juice bar and grilling area. It his the perfect house the relax and enjoy the finer points of life and, if one chooses, to share with guests.

The main floor is actually the second story. There is outdoor access for all bedrooms. This floor contains the kitchen, gathering area, dining room, a large foyer, a private study, the master suite, 2 guest bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a large balcony in back.

The upper floor contains the entertainment room complete with tv, stereo, gaming system, and foosball table. There is also a small excercise area for getting fit or for some quiet meditation. This floor also has a bathroom complete with shower so there is no need to go far to get rid of all that sweat.

The bottom (ground) floor is home to the impressive garage space in this house. There is also a large foyer that opens out to the back patio where you find the grill, juice bar, outdoor seating, and the pool. This bottom floor also has it's own bathroom so sims right out of the pool or in from the beach can get clean.
