Welcome to Birch Terrace, a place for singles, families and friends.

Here I present 4 terrace houses, one which has been converted into 2 flats.

There is a home for any person here.

House 1 -

This house is perfect for any sim(s) who are ready to leave the country behind and move to the town - but not ready to leave all of it behind. The house is decorated in the country style throughout.

House 2

This house is perfect for any sim(s) who are hip hop and on top of the 21st century! It is decorated throughout in a modern fashion using mostly IKEA furnishings.

House 3 (2 Flats)

House 3 was recently converted into 2 flats. One on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor.

The ground floor flat is perfect for any pink princess who loves everything girly. It is decorated in a fairytale fashion and has a summer house in the garden. This flat has one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen/diner and a living room.

The 1st floor flat is aimed at those uptown sims who like to live bohemian/tikki'n style. This flat has one Kitchen/diner, one bathroom and a bed/living room.

House 4

This house is for your cheapy kind of sims who spend their lives collecting coupons. It has all the cheap furnishings and is very low maintenance. You could take up a challenge and try and do it up, or just live on minimum wage and put up with the gunge!

This house has a living room, a kitchen/diner, 1 bathroom and 3 bedrooms(the 3rd being a nursery)
