These apartments fit well to my Simple Way Series.

You can find four apartment buildings each with a community area.
There's a pool, a playground and many more.



Each house is fully furnished. They fit well for a family with up to three kids. Upside there is one room, which you can furnish as you like.

Every apartment has a master bedroom and two bathrooms.



I have attached the apartment version of this lot and for your convenience the residential version. (The residential version costs: 173.501)

For renting the apartment FURNISHED: CTRL-SHIFT-C to bring up the cheat box.
Enter the following cheat:
boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
--> go very near to the door and stand before it and then SHIFT-click on it and choose "Rent Furnished"
After that open the cheat box again and type:
boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false
