Ok, I thought about doing a slum lot again - I made two already: Base Game Slum Lot and Shabby Suburb Starter - and then I decided to create an apartment duplex.

So here you can find two shabby apartments for your Sims who like to live in the suburbs and don't want to pay so much rent.

They are both fully furnished and decorated. In the backyard you can find a community area and there is a small playground for the kids too.

For renting the apartment FURNISHED:

CTRL-SHIFT-C to bring up the cheat box.
Enter the following cheat:
boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
--> go very near to the door and stand before it and then SHIFT-click on it and choose "Rent Furnished"

After that open the cheat box again and type:
boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false
---
