New House-series begins...

NORTHERN WAY



Northern Way 156 is ideal for larger family and especially for Legacy-families.





Includes:

* 2 Single bedrooms (both can have 2 single beds or loftbeds)
* Open kitchen and dining area
* Livingroom
* Skilling room with instuments, darts board and exercise machine
* 2 bathroom
* Room to add another bedroom if needed
* Open garage/shelter for car
* Playground objects for kids and teens
* Pond, plants and space to add gardenplots and fruit trees
* Nice details both inside and outside
* Both furnished and unfurnished version available

I used 2 of my own recolours for bedframes, both double and single bed. They are included in a separate zip Maranatah_BedRecolors.zip.
No other custom content was used!

Made with AGS: NL, Seasons, K&B, AL and M&G installed. You WILL need them all to use this in your game! Tested in-game.

Tips: If you have BV, you can add sauna to it's place in the bathroom. This 3x3 tile space can also be used as a spare room.

Northern Way is my third series of houses. Blueprints of these houses are designed by Finnish architect agency Jukka-talot and I have build them good playability in mind. Credits for the design belong them. Lots are numbered according to houses at designer's website.
