Hi everyone. I decided to give back to this wonderful community and start uploading some of my lots. I'm absolutely lousy at creating custom content, but I think I have a fair talent for house-building and decorating.

For my first lot, I offer you this cozy 2BR/1BA bungalow. All of the basic needs of a sim just embarking on life's great adventure are provided for. It's decorated in a neutral color scheme and provides a shady pond in the back for an aspiring fisherman.

I play tested the lot with a starter sim and didn't have any issues, but please let me know if you find any.

I hope you enjoy, and I look forward to sharing more of my houses in the future.
