A small, simple starter, built on a 15 x 20 lot, furnished for 3+1. Quite sparsely furnished and decorated, but hey, it’s cheap =).

Base game content only.

Note that I have a lighting mod installed (this one) so the shadows are much more pronounced on my screenshots than they’d be in an out-of-the-box game – this is why I've photoshopped one of the screenshots (backside), the other ones are unmodified.
