A small cabin to escape the hectic life of the town. This redwood beauty is a great place for sim to connect with nature without having to deal with a travel to the forest. Fits up to 4 sims plus extra room to expand underground. The small shed in the back of the property has stairs leading down to an empty celler where you can continue expand if you don't want to mar the looks of original cabin. The lot has butterfly and beetle spawners situated throughout the lot. It also has fish spawners in it's very own pond behind the house. Comes complete with 2 cars on the lot.
