Hi there everyone 
I've been downloading at MTS2 for quite some time now, and one thing I've tended to notice about starter homes is that, though many of them are quite nice, many lack a little bit of...personality, I guess.
So here I present to you, my very first upload (which I hope will make the cut) : The Yellow Georgian.
I personally don't like big, sprawling mansions; they are too difficult to navigate. So I've attempted at making this smaller space more, well, spacious. It has three bedrooms, all about the same size, with two bathrooms-one of the front hallway and one off the master bedroom. The kitchen is very large and you can plan it out any way you like because it has no specific shape. The living room is smaller as it is attached to the dining room, but there is another, much bigger family room at the back of the house.
I do hope you enjoy my creation, and please if you have a chance, leave any feedback in the comments section. If I get enough downloads I may just build another house.
